Lucía Sánchez Saronil was a Spanish poet, militant anarchist and feminist. She is best known as one of the founders of Mujeres Libres (Free Women), an anarchist women’s organization that existed during the Spanish Civil War. She also served in the Confederación Nacional de Trabajo (National Confederation of Labor) and Solidaridad Internacional Antifascista.
